Tofu Croutons with Hazelnut and Soy Sauce

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
  • 7 oz firm tofu (diced)
  • 3 tsps hazelnut flour
  • 1 tbsp soy


  1. Roast the tofu from all sides until golden brown for about 15 minutes on medium heat together with the coconut oil.
  2. Add the hazelnut flour and roast everything for 10 minutes.
  3. As last step add the soy sauce and mix everything well.
